Bought our Grand Cherokee from them and they were very helpful with the purchase and showing us all the bells and whistles on our new Jeep.

Although we did NOT purchase a vehicle at Morlan, was looking at a Jeep Renegade Lattitude in red. I wanted to give big props to the sales person Austin. He was courteous and super friendly. He's laid back and not at all high pressure sales. He listened to what we wanted and tried his very best to get us to the budget we needed to be. If you are in the area and looking for a Chrysler brand and don't want to deal with high pressure sales. ASK FOR AUSTIN!

Bought a truck to pull our camper with. After purchasing the truck we went to get trailer brakes put on the truck at our camper dealer. They ordered a part that was supposed to work. After calling the dealer up the road we found out that 2013 dodges have to have a different brake box then the previous years. So no brakes were put on that day. Went back to the dealer and was told that they could order the part for us at a cost of 248.00. Labor would be another 100.00. Spoke to the sales manager to see if we could work something out on the price. NO was our answer. Spoke to the general manager was told that they did nothing wrong and they would not help us with the price of the part or labor. I told the manager that we had told the sales person why we were purchasing this truck was to pull our camper. He said again they did not do anything wrong and we should of asked more questions. So please be aware of this if you are planning on purchasing a 2013 dodge. And DO NOT GO TO MORLAN CHRYSLER in Cape Girardeau MO.
